Program Description

BrightBuild SMS supports transactional project coordination between a contractor (project manager) and their subcontractors/clients for active renovation or construction projects. Messages include schedule changes, delivery coordination, task updates, and response follow-ups. No promotional marketing content is sent through this program.

How Recipients Consent (Call to Action)

  • Recipients are existing project participants with a direct relationship to the contractor.
  • The contractor collects permission directly before adding a phone number in BrightBuild (for example: in-person, phone, or project paperwork).
  • When a number is added, BrightBuild sends a one-time consent request SMS from the contractor context.
  • The recipient must reply START (or UNSTOP where supported) before ongoing project coordination SMS is enabled.

Message Frequency and Rates

  • Message frequency varies by project activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchasing services.

Opt-Out and Help

  • Reply STOP to opt out.
  • Reply HELP for help.
  • To re-subscribe after opt-out, reply START or UNSTOP where supported.
